Instinction is still a very long way from release, but developer Hashbane Interactive has released a brand new trailer showing off just how scary the game is going to be, and it looks amazing.
The New Zealand based studio normally spends their days designing architectural projects in Unreal Engine but have since turned their attention to a first-person shooter game filled with dinosaurs. The latest trailer shows a lot of what players can expect to encounter in the game, including numerous different types of Dinosaur and even Sabretooth Tigers.
The game is being developed on the older Unreal Engine 4, a version of the engine that doesn’t support ray-tracing, but the final game should be releasing on the new Unreal Engine 5 with optional ray-tracing.
The description of the game reads as follows: Experience a cinematic story based action adventure with combat, exploration and puzzles, where the environments can be as treacherous and beautiful as the creatures you encounter. Instinction will be available to wishlist on Steam from this November and will also be available on last and next gen consoles, Stadia is likely to be a subsequent release. Environmental puzzles will have you completing quests and searching for ancient artefacts left by an unknown civilisation long since gone, or so you thought, while navigating stunning locations with ever changing weather conditions and embark on an unforgettable journey.
Instinction will be releasing on all current and old-gen consoles, PC, and even Google Stadia in Q3 of 2022.
